KHH Practice HubTerms of use
These terms apply to KHH Practice Hub, operated by K H Haria & Associates for authorised staff and clients. By using the hub, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it and contact the firm for an alternative way to communicate.
Purpose and professional engagements
The hub supports practice administration, document exchange, tasks, compliance tracking and billing records. Use of the hub alone does not create a professional engagement or change an existing engagement letter. Scope of work, fees, responsibilities and service deliverables remain governed by your separately agreed engagement. If these terms conflict with an engagement letter about professional services, the engagement letter takes precedence.
Accounts and authorised use
Use your own account, provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. Do not share access, impersonate others, bypass permissions or access another client’s records without authority. Notify the firm promptly if your account may be compromised or your authority to access records changes. The hub is intended for business and professional use by adults.
Documents and accuracy
Only upload information you are authorised to share. You retain your rights in your material and permit the firm and its service providers to store and process it to operate the hub and perform the agreed services. Keep your own copies of important documents. Do not upload malware, unlawful material, passwords, private signing keys or information unrelated to your work with the firm.
Check the accuracy and completeness of information you submit. A dashboard entry, reminder, upload or task marked complete is not by itself proof that a statutory filing, payment or professional review has been completed. Obtain explicit confirmation from the responsible professional for important deadlines and deliverables.
Availability and test use
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, faults or changes. Contact the firm through your usual channel for urgent matters or when the hub is unavailable. Test deployments are for evaluation with test data and should not be relied on for statutory deadlines, final billing or live confidential records until the firm confirms operational readiness.
Privacy and third-party sign-in
Our privacy policy explains information handling. Third-party sign-in and hosting services are subject to their applicable terms and policies. Connecting Google provides identity verification; it does not grant the firm access to your Gmail or Google Drive through this sign-in integration.
Suspension and ending access
We may restrict or suspend access if it is no longer authorised, creates a security risk or breaches these terms. You may request account closure by contacting us. Ending access does not cancel existing engagements, payment obligations or applicable record-retention duties. Contact the firm to arrange any necessary handover of records.
Responsibility and applicable law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Responsibility for professional services remains subject to the engagement and applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory rights and any dispute-resolution arrangement in the applicable engagement. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.
